End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Deadalus Systems ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing the use of our mobile applications, including but not limited to Fren Fren ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • You agree not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or objectionable activities, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or spamming.

3. User-Generated Content & Conduct

3.1 General Conduct

  • You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or share within the App.
  • You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

  • Illegal Content: Posting or sharing any content that violates local, state, or federal laws.
  • Harassment: Any form of bullying, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse of other users.
  • Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Adult Content: Pornographic material, explicit sexual content, or nudity.
  • Violence: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity, including app staff.
  • Spam: Mass messaging, advertising, or promotional content without authorization.
  • Malware: Distribution of viruses, malware, or phishing attempts.
  • Data Mining: Unauthorized scraping or collecting of user data.
  • Account Sharing: Selling, trading, or sharing account access.

3.3 Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these terms will result in the following actions:

  • First Violation: Warning notification and content removal.
  • Second Violation: 24-hour account suspension and content removal.
  • Third Violation: 7-day account suspension and content removal.
  • Severe or Repeated Violations: Permanent account termination and IP ban.
  • Illegal Activities: Immediate permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities.

Note: Severe violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without warning. All enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of Deadalus Systems.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for serious violations. Any content or behavior that threatens user safety, involves illegal activities, or severely violates our terms will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

  • By using the App, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
  • The App may collect personal data such as your name, location, and interactions within the platform.
  • Users must manually opt-in to location-sharing features and can disable them at any time.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

  • We have mechanisms to filter and remove objectionable content.
  • Users can report inappropriate content, and we will review and take appropriate action within 24 hours.
  • Users can block other users to prevent further interaction.

6. App Updates & Changes

  • We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features. You agree that these updates may be automatically installed.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from your use of the App.
  • Security Disclaimer: While we implement security measures, we do not take liability for any hacking, data breaches, or unauthorized access beyond our control. You acknowledge that online services carry inherent risks.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.
  • You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App and ceasing all use.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
  • Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.
